Who We Are:

Flycatcher LLC (Flycatcher) is a small environmental and land-use consulting firm based in Yarmouth, Maine. Our professional staff provide natural resource identification, planning, and permitting support for a wide range of projects across the Northeast—from single-lot developments to large-scale, mixed-use master-planned communities, coastal restoration initiatives, conservation properties, multimodal transportation facilities, and some of New England’s largest energy projects.

Our team works closely with clients and stakeholders to successfully plan, design, permit, and achieve project goals. Flycatcher’s staff includes experts in municipal, state, and federal permitting; wetland and soil science; wildlife biology; environmental and construction inspection; coastal resources; dock design and permitting; GIS; and turnkey project management.

In addition to consulting and design, we offer general contracting and landscape and civil construction services specializing in coastal stabilization, revegetation, and natural resource restoration.
