Drew Kenworthy

Partner/GIS Group Lead

Drew Kenworthy is the GIS Group Lead at Flycatcher, bringing over two decades of experience in applying geospatial technologies to complex problems. A graduate of the University of Vermont and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Drew is a multidisciplinary professional with significant experience in archaeology and cultural resource management, renewable energy siting and development, and natural resource mapping and analysis.

In his current role, Drew leads the GIS team at Flycatcher and is involved in the design and implementation of mobile data collection models, organization-wide access to spatial data and tools, and generally supporting any and all project-related spatial needs from inception through completion. Drew is experienced in both coastal and terrestrial contexts, has abundant experience on both fixed and linear project types, and particularly enjoys the multifaceted challenges that permitting in New England has to offer.

Away from work Drew can usually be found out hiking or kayaking with his wife and dog, fly fishing for striped bass, or surfing the southern Maine coast. He also enjoys home renovation projects and getting out on a motorcycle in the summer months.
